Mindfulness Practices will help the mind and body reboot, rejuvinate and set the stage for morale to bounce back. These meditative habits can be customized depending on where the participants are coming from.
Mind-Body Flow practices is mindfulness in motion. It helps stretch out the kinks in the body which helps stabilize the mind. How one flows in body is how one flows in life.
The Inner Child is the ambassador of inspiration and innovation. Mindfully reconnecting to the inner child can alleviate the burn out feeling of the adult mind.
Nature as Teacher is a mindful observation of how mother nature demonstrates balance. These lessons can be applied to relationships, purpose, and even ethics.
Remembering “WHY?” they are doing what they do. Sometimes a reminder of what their purpose is will elevate morale. Or at least inspire them to seek out purpose that is uniquely their own.
Samurai Focusdraws from the wisdom of the traditional fighting arts. It’s tapping into one’s inner warrior to defend one’s purpose. It’s as if Bruce Lee is training one to defend one’s morale.
